A Space For The Whole Community

By our ancestors of generations past, South has been entrusted with a large building right on the edge of downtown Springfield. In alignment with our vision of justice, healing and wholeness of life for all, we understand our building to be a community hub where neighbors meet, where despair is met with hope, where resources are shared, where people are encouraged to become their fullest selves, and so a place where God’s Love is known and expanded.

South shares our large building with various non-profit organizations whose missions align with ours. We have long term community partnerships through the building, and we host occasional and one time events on site.

In the words of Paul in his letter to the Ephesians, we pray that we all may be strengthened in our inner being with power through God’s spirit and that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith as we are being rooted and ground in love.
